Reflecting on our 7-year journey at Fretron, it's truly been an incredible experience. I'm immensely grateful to be part of such a talented and dedicated team. Reflecting on my 6.8 Year journey in Fretron, it was filled with growth, challenges, and meaningful connections. One of the most rewarding aspects has been witnessing my own career progression, from mastering new technologies and techniques to honing leadership skills,career growth, each year brought new opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise.

From starting as a developer to now leading a team, it's been an amazing ride filled with challenges, growth, and cherished friendships. What started as professional connections quickly turned into lifelong bonds, and I'm grateful for the support and camaraderie of my colleagues.

From the early days when our team was just a handful of passionate individuals to today, where we stand proudly as one of the leading transport management platforms, it's been an incredible journey of growth and achievement. When I first joined FRETRON 6.5 years ago, we were a small but determined team, driven by a shared vision of revolutionizing transportation management. As an early member of this dynamic team, I witnessed firsthand how small creative steps can lead to the scaling of mountains. Every idea, every innovation, and every effort contributed to our collective success.

I joined as a software developer and have since grown into roles as a senior frontend developer and technical lead in UI. Alongside our company's growth from a few clients to many, I've had the privilege of learning from a supportive team that constantly challenges and inspires me. As we celebrate this milestone, I'm grateful for the opportunities, friendships, and lessons learned. Here's to continued innovation and success.

It's been a remarkable journey of growth and camaraderie. From a 20-person team to now 80 strong, the ups and downs have shaped us together. Grateful for mentors like Sunil Ji and Puneet Ji, and the close-knit bonds forged in engineering and beyond. Here's to Fretron's continued success!

I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we've embarked on together over the years. Becoming a member of the Fretron squad has been nothing short of an extraordinary adventure. I have been working at Fretron for 2 years now and I have never gained this level of learning and client exposure in any of my previous organisations. My journey so far at Fretron has been amazing with immense learning and guidance, stable growth and amazing colleagues.

The learning never stops at Fretron. I love the trust management has in the team and even though I am not a highly experienced designer, I get full anonymity and ownership in the projects I work on.

Fretron's culture is full of fun and yet there is so much learning and performance orientation. I have gained enormous domain knowledge from the founders who are industry veterans and logistics leaders. I am looking at more amazing years ahead.
